TORQ Opens New Frac Sand Rail Terminal North Of Fort St. John

CALGARY, Alberta - Torq Energy Logistics Ltd. announced a new frac sand transloading facility with operations commencing at Buick Creek, B.C., 75 kilometers northwest of Fort St. John. The terminal is being developed by an affiliate of TORQ and will be operated by TORQ Transloading Inc.
CALGARY, Alberta (Reuters) - TransCanada Corp’s decision this week to scrap its $12 billion Energy East pipeline and delays to other export pipeline projects look set to increase producers’ reliance on costly crude-by-rail to bring barrels to market.
